I love the feeling of bare feet on a firm mat, after I’ve removed my shoes and socks and placed myself in a posture of surrender, alignment, and intentionality. Wherever I’m choosing to begin my workout that day, there is something comforting and grounding about that feeling.

I experience it as I begin my breath work, centering my body while aligning my spirit with the mission to which God calls me to that day: to glorify Him in everything I do. My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit; how I honor and serve Him with it is my spiritual act of worship.

Michelle is an absolutely amazing Pilates instructor! I have taken Pilates classes for 12 years. Since 2017, I have taken both individual and group Pilates classes from Michelle. I currently take private Pilates lessons twice weekly from Michelle through Zoom. I am able to do this because Michelle is very tech savvy and very accommodating in meeting the individual needs of her clients. Michelle is excellent in developing Pilates sessions which meet my personal fitness goals. She truly listens to what I need. Her classes contain great warm-ups, cool-downs and stretching. Michelle is an expert in classical Pilates with a true gift for providing cues for perfecting my technique. She wants me to succeed and to be in my best physical shape. Michelle is always encouraging and inspiring. I look forward to each and every energetic session. I highly recommend taking Pilates classes from Michelle.
